At the same time, the subsistence minimum for the able-bodied population is set at 12 130 rubles, for pensioners - 9 236 rubles, for children - 11 004 rubles.

In mid-July, the Russian Ministry of Labor and Social Protection proposed to establish a new subsistence level in the second quarter of 2019.
