23 August 2019 Russian dissident Alexei Navalny - considered the main criticism of the Kremlin - was released from prison on Friday after 30 days in prison. He was arrested for making appeals in favor of an unauthorized rally for "free and fair elections" in Moscow, where many opposition candidates were excluded from the vote. In the two photos posted on Twitter by his spokesman, Kira Iarmych, you see Navalny go out of prison smiling, wearing a dark sweater, sports pants and a bag on his shoulders.
