During Friday night, police were able to pick up a person suspected of the incident at Linköping University. The police write on their website that the suspected person is 25 years of age and not known by the police since before.
According to police, the suspected perpetrator is a resident of the East region and has been picked up for questioning by police. The intervention took place just before 18 o'clock and the execution was completely undramatic.
