The court will examine the claim for confiscation of property of the Cherkalin family on August 29

“On August 29, a conversation will be held on the case,” the court was told in the agency.

Earlier, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia filed a lawsuit against the Cherkalin family’s property worth more than 6.3 billion rubles.

In April, it became known about the detention of the head of the department of one of the FSB units - Cherkalin. He is suspected of receiving bribes on an especially large scale and sent to arrest.
