22 August 2019The Court of Milan Review accepted the appeal of the defenders of Pietro Tatarella and gave the go-ahead for the house arrest for the former city councilor of Forza Italia, arrested last 7 May as part of an investigation into corruption in Lombardy.

This is confirmed by the lawyer Luigi Giuliano who, together with his colleague Nadia Alecci, coordinates the defense of the former Milanese politician.

Tatarella, we learn, will spend the rest at home in Milan. He will leave the prison of Busto Arsizio (Varese) already today in the evening.

The lawyers communicated the news to Tatarella's parents who will pick him up in the afternoon after almost four months in custody.
