Wahib Nacer, a former French-Djiboutian banker, was indicted in France in the investigation into the alleged Libyan financing of the campaign of Nicolas Sarkozy in 2007. A indictment pronounced last February, but that one learns this Thursday, August 22nd.

Wahib Nacer, now 74, a retired banker, managed key accounts like those of the Saudi Bugshan family. He is suspected of using accounts he managed as a screen to hide financial mounts. Montages that would involve Alexandre Djouhri , a close friend of the former Interior Minister Claude Guéant, loyal to Nicolas Sarkozy.

During investigations into this alleged Libyan financing of Nicolas Sarkozy's campaign in 2007, investigators have updated money transfers between the Swiss accounts of the Saudi family and Alexandre Djouri. Transfers which the Bugshan family says ignore everything, she has also filed a complaint against the banker.

The name of Wahib Nacer returns several times in this thorny file, reason why during his auditions he was questioned at length on the sale in 2009 of a villa in the south of France and the payment of 500 000 euros since the stranger on the account of Claude Gueant who had justified this sum by the sale of paintings of masters.

The investigation seems to progress currently on the network of Alexander Djouhri whose Wahib Nacer was the right arm.
