Sarah Sanders, a former spokeswoman for the White House, will speak from September on Fox News, Donald Trump's favorite channel.

It will offer "political commentary and analysis," announced Thursday the channel with which the tenant of the White House has very close ties.

Sarah Sanders will debut on September 6 in "Fox and Friends", a morning show steadily watched by the American billionaire as evidenced by its innumerable tweets referring to it.

Bill Shine, former head of Fox News, was for nearly a year director of communication Donald Trump. He had replaced Hope Hicks, a close associate of Mr. Trump, who has joined Fox News.

A fierce advocate of the American president in all circumstances, Sarah Sanders, during her visit to the White House, profoundly changed the role of "Press Secretary".

In a break with a tradition firmly established for decades, she gradually abandoned the daily briefing in the press room, preferring sessions of questions and answers improvised and often cacophonous, like those which the President loves the septuagenarian.

"I am more than proud to join the incredible team of speakers (on Fox News)," said Thursday the young woman whose Donald Trump has always praised the fighting spirit.
