A move to the promoted Le Mans, still without a point, for Lorient, Auxerre's reception, also badly ranked, for Clermont: the two leaders of Ligue 2 have the opportunity to continue their very good start to the season at the 5th day, which starts Friday.

On paper, many posters of the day seem unbalanced, the four leading teams only facing clubs ranked in 15th place or beyond.

Lorient, winners of Sochaux (1-0) during the previous day, will challenge Manceaux in search of their first point and who will also have to digest their defeat at the last minute in Nancy (2-1), while they evolved into double numerical superiority for thirty minutes.

More mistrust for Clermont, against Auxerre who recovered a handicap of two goals against Guingamp, Monday. Le Havre (3rd) receives Grenoble while the surprising promoted Chambly (4th), still undefeated and without having conceded the slightest goal, share favorite to continue his dream season debut against Chateauroux, 19th.

Mid-table confrontations will be expensive so as not to be outdistanced, starting with an enticing Troyes-Lens on Saturday (15.00), remake of the pre-dam of last year, won by the North. They were ejected from the podium on the previous day after a defeat against Le Havre 3-1, despite having opened the scoring.

Caen Niort Friday, then Guingamp Valenciennes closing the day Monday at 20:45, are also under pressure not to let grow the gap with the rise in Ligue 1 they just left.
