Mats Holm and the dog Freja compete in dog biathlon. The sport is about getting around a track with obstacles as quickly as possible, a perfect combination for Mats Holm.

- I have a genuine interest in physical training and dog training, which I would say is the basic reasons why I am doing, says dog handler Mats Holm.

And things are going well for Mats and Freja right now.

- It has been very, very good. We are still unbeaten in our starts. We have competed three times properly, and won all three, says Mats.

The dog biathlon course is often tough. They can both jump, crawl, swim, even drive the dog in the wheelbarrow.

- Last year, there were several people who had problems, especially with the wheelbarrow. There we had a lot of laughs when you have to get the dog in the wheelbarrow and drive a little distance without the dog jumping off, says Mats.

Who is the weak link in the team?

- Temporally, it's absolutely me. In the long run, it is Freja. But she is much faster than I am, on the other hand, we are pretty good at both of them, says Mats and laughs.
