Japan's government expressed "very sorry" that South Korea has decided to end Jisomi, the ROK-Japan military information protection agreement, according to Kyo News Agency.

Earlier today, the Blue House announced its intention to not extend Chisomia after opening the NSC and to notify the Japanese government.

Kim Yu-keun, deputy chief of the National Security Office of the Blue House, said in a briefing that "the government did not provide clear grounds for the past two days. "We excluded the country from the (white list) and caused a significant change in the environment of security cooperation between the two countries."
