It is noted that during the talks, the parties also discussed issues on the bilateral agenda and outlined practical steps to build up the Russian-Venezuelan strategic partnership.
Earlier, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreasa announced the attempts of the American authorities to intervene in the military-technical cooperation of the Latin American country with Russia.
