August 21, 2019Power outage for public employees with a 100 share. In fact, 10,336 applications were submitted by the state to retire with the 62 + 38 system requested by the League. These are the very first data processed by INPS on the basis of requests for exit already in August 2019, the first month of the start of the reform in the PA.

The numbers give an important picture: more than half - 55% - of applications for retirement comes from local authorities (Municipalities, Regions, Provinces) with 5,694 requests. This is followed by the healthcare sector - paramedical, administrative and technical - with 2,023 requests, which add up to 321 doctors and veterinarians. Good numbers also for ministries and tax agencies (1612), while managers, teachers and ATA staff of the school close with 240 questions. But be careful, because here the peak is expected in September, when the 2019-2020 school year will begin. Overall, following this trend of 100% of the total state employees who leave the world of work, almost eight out of ten (77%) come from public bodies and health.

Now, however, the problem of replacing these workers in important sectors for the country system arises. The decree provides for the possibility of sprinting on hiring to plug the 'holes' in the reform, but the unrest is growing in the unions. "The numbers tell us that to those provided for by the Fornero law there is a total of 100 exits among the sectors of the Pa where the work is more difficult but paradoxically they are precisely those that provide services directly to the citizens", is the alarm Fp Cgil, "it takes the extension of the rankings of the suitable, the stabilization of precarious and new hires". On the part of Uil Fpl it is noted that the "Pa is already under the staff of 253 thousand people and there are another 400 thousand employees ready to retire, an accelerated bleeding, as already verified only in the current month. It is urgently needed - explains the union - an extraordinary plan of recruitment because the release of the turn-over is not enough: hospitals and public offices are already on their knees ".

From a general point of view, by 100% the numbers at the end of July speak of 164,907 applications received by INPS, of which over 60 thousand arrived by employees. In the overwhelming majority of men (121,888 against 43,019 women), while by birth the workers between 63 and 65 years of age prevail.
