Japan and South Korea's foreign minister met again after 20 days of talks in Bangkok, Thailand.

But the talks ended after only 35 minutes of disagreement.

[Gang Kyung-hwa / Minister of Foreign Affairs: (How was the atmosphere? Is it extended to Jisomia?)

At the talks, Mr. Kang demanded that the Japanese government withdraw its whitelist exclusion plan, which was scheduled to take effect on Sunday, and raised the issue of contaminated water in Fukushima.

Japanese Foreign Minister Kono Taro called for the ROKG's response to the imposition of forced recruitment, and repeated the existing stance that it was not economic retaliation for whitelisting measures.

Kono emphasized the extension of the Korea-Japan military data protection agreement and the extension of Chisomia, which expired the day after tomorrow.

The minister also called on the security of the citizens of the other country.

The talks ended without results, and the two sides of the conflict have found no breakthrough.

However, foreign ministry officials say the two countries have significant meaning in restoring talks and have agreed to continue the talks.
