Baghdad witnessed a youth concert a few days ago in which members of rival motorcyclists participated in their leather clothes and black hats, waving luminous sticks, in a completely different scene from the pictures that the media used to convey from the city of violence and chaos.

But nearly two years after Iraq declared total victory over IS, the Iraqi capital is quietly restructuring.

The ceremony was a great mix of booming subcultures in Baghdad, bringing together drivers, players and others. What was most common was that they had never attended such a ceremony in Iraq before.
