Dannette Glitz, a woman from South Dakota, gave birth to triplets that she did not really expect. She recounts her denial of pregnancy on local television.

Dannette Glitz, a resident of South Dakota, United States, recently gave birth to triplets, while she was unaware of being pregnant, announces Le Parisien . "I started to have pain, I thought it was kidney stones because I had already had it before," said this American, already a mother of two, on local television Kota TV.

Nearly a year of denial

These "surprise triplets" leave the family incredulous. "You never see triplets conceived naturally, even less without knowing it for 34 weeks," added Dannette, still stunned by her denial of pregnancy. Austin, Blaze's father, Gypsy and Nikki, still can not believe it. "Honestly, I'm overwhelmed, I'm still ready to explode," he told the TV channel.

The surprise was all the greater as the Glitz expected twins, as they had been told at the maternity ward. But during the birth, Dannette finally gave birth to a third child. Two girls, and one boy, it's a dream come true for Ronnie, the eldest of the now-big siblings. "I knew that day was coming," says the ten-year-old boy.

The Glitz have since been helped by their relatives and strangers in the region who have been touched by their story, who brought them equipment. A Facebook collection was also launched to support the family.
