It was May 28 last year that several men showed up at the farm in Torup and appeared threatening, according to the people who were already at the scene. After exchanging words, shots were fired that killed one of the visitors.

A 61-year-old man was later sentenced to 18 years in prison for murder and attempted murder.

The man now being charged was a friend of the person shot to death. In the aftermath of the incident, the man in different terms should have threatened three people with connection to the person who shot to life.

The suspect denies the charges.
