At the same time, the administration added that heavy rains are expected in Primorye on August 22, so the operational services continue to monitor the situation.
Earlier, weather forecasters of the Primorsky Territory announced a storm warning on August 22-23 because of the expected heavy rains in the region. It was noted that up to 350 cm of water may rise on rivers.
