On the bus journey on the way to the confirmation camp, the Confirmers seemed to see that the priest was watching child porn on his service iPad.

On the way home from the camp, the same thing happened. Then one of the congregants sneakily filmed what the priest did and sounded alarms to the church staff.

"I will report this to the police," says the church's pastor.

The congregation, which is located in the Stockholm diocese, started an investigation and the church pastor ordered the priest to take sick leave.

The assembly secured proof

The church pastor himself has watched the Confirmer's video from the bus.

- One of the staff who was at the camp called me and told me this. Then I met him urgently and got to watch part of the film, says the church shepherd.

The incident happened last week. The congregation must report to the police on Tuesday and have secured evidence in the form of stored data.

- It is clear that we will report. Everything will be on the table. We have a material that I want the police to investigate, says the pastor.

"Painful for all of us"

The pastor has contacted the chaplain, who is investigating the suitability of priests, and the bishop.

- It is important that we follow all the rules of the game for how to handle such a case - that we are clear and open and do not mess with anything. We must be correct both for the priest who has done so and for the parents and the teenagers.

- It has been very chaotic. It's painful for all of us. We have worked very hard to build up the confirmation work, which means a lot to the young people, says the church shepherd.
