Nearly 130 thousand military will take part in the exercises “Center-2019”

“In total, about 128 thousand military personnel, more than 20 thousand units of weapons and military equipment, about 600 aircraft and up to 15 ships and support vessels were involved in the SKSH (strategic command post exercises. - RT ),” TASS reports.

As noted in the defense department, the main actions will take place at eight training sites in Russia. These are the sites of Totsky and Donguz, Adanak and Ashuluk, Chebarkulsky and Safakulevo, as well as Aleisky and Yurginsky.

Earlier, units of the Black Sea Fleet, based on the Crimean peninsula and in the Krasnodar Territory, began joint command and staff exercises.
