The robbery against the store happened on March 8 this year.

"I think the perpetrators have threatened and taken jewelry from the employee through threats of violence with a knife," says Gabriel Frosteby, chamber prosecutor and preliminary investigator in the case.

The three defendants, who are between 16 and 18 years old, deny crime.

The preliminary investigation states that the robbery was made by masked men in connection with the closure.

A fourth man, 21 years old, is charged with instigating robbery. According to the indictment, he must have given instructions on how the robbery would be carried out and executed. And also threatened with violence if the robbery was not carried out.

Try to blackmail

The 21-year-old has been involved in several other crimes, according to the lawsuit.

In mid-January, he, along with a 23-year-old, must have threatened and beaten a person in order to force SEK 10,000. This also happened at Åkers Styckebruk.

The 21-year-old should in February have also threatened the same victim to receive SEK 10,000 and interest with SEK 5,000 per week if payment is not made - otherwise "there would be chaos", according to the indictment.

Threatened to kill

The 21-year-old is also charged with grossly unlawful threats, unlawful threats and threatening to an incident in April in Åkers Styckebruk.

There he must have threatened to kill a man and a woman and squeezed them for money.

Tried throttle with headphone cord

The 21-year-old is also being indicted for attempted extortion for yet another incident in April.

The man should then have threatened a man to life, struck the person in the head, tried to strangle him with a headphone cord and said he would cut off the plaintiff's thumb.

The accused man must also have tried to force the victim to pay SEK 25,000 and take an SMS loan of SEK 100,000.

On Monday, the trial begins in Eskilstuna District Court.
