- It is a drying plant in a silo that burns. The built-in extinguishing system that is there is activated and it seems to have a good effect, says RTÖG's internal commander Mikael Kalered.
The emergency services are now waiting for the temperature of the burning grain in the plant to drop.

It is about very large volumes of grain handled by the company that produces ethanol. The area where it is burning is shielded and according to RTÖG there should be no greater risk of the fire spreading.
- We have external commanders, twelve firefighters and six cars on site.
According to Kalered, the personnel at the company are trained to handle these types of fires.
