- When I was younger, I had many dreams, everything from becoming an actor to a researcher. But then my teachers told me about climate change. It was an eye opener, says Greta Thunberg in the documentary.

She felt that no one was doing anything and that her and everyone else's future was at risk. That is why she chose to start school strikes outside Sweden's parliament.

The first day she sat alone, but already the second day, other students began to join her. Eventually, people all over the world joined her school strike for the climate.

- I would not have imagined in my wildest imagination that this would happen. It went so fast, says Greta Thunberg.

Those who inherit the danger

David Attenborough commemorates the actions of her and other young people around the world.

- In these young people's voices there is a message for all of us. After all, it is their generation that will inherit this danger, he says in the documentary.
