Thousands of protesters take to the streets of Hong Kong

As noted, the Civil Front for Human Rights organized a demonstration in Victoria Park.

At the same time, the police banned the march, but the crowd still began to move through the streets of the city, filling the roadway.

Earlier, the State Department called on China to maintain Hong Kong’s high autonomy and abandon the violent suppression of protests. In turn, Beijing advised Washington not to poke its nose into China’s internal affairs.

As reported by the Hong Kong police, protesters began surrounding the police stations and attacking them, including damaging the premises.
