Former coach of the Arab Contractors club Mohamed Odeh revealed some secrets about the Egyptian star and Liverpool team Mohamed Salah when he was playing for the club at the beginning of his football life.

Odeh, who led the Arab Contractors team as a player and trainer, said in a television program that Salah was suffering in the presence of the club to move his home in the city of Tanta (Gharbia governorate) from the club's headquarters in the Green Mountain (Cairo governorate), so he was staying in the players' lounge in the club.

He added that Salah refused to accept a subsidy that the club decided to pay to the players in need in the form of a subsidy for private lessons, where he stressed that his financial situation is good and that his father gives him all the lessons.

Odeh revealed that Salah had rejected an offer to join Al-Ahli, and told the club president that his goal was external professionalism, which was praised by the president and encouraged him to reach his goal.

Odeh also spoke about Salah's professional teammate Mohammed Al-Nini, stressing that he does not provide a quarter of his true level with the Egyptian team because it guarantees his position in the team.
