According to Razin, he was not allowed into the country by decision of the former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
Earlier, a representative of the State Border Service of Ukraine Oleg Slobodyan said that the department’s employees have not allowed more than three thousand Russian citizens to enter the country since the beginning of 2019.
