Al Ain Municipality and Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) have commenced the work of developing the Ashrej and Al Markhaniya roundabouts in Al Ain, at a cost of approximately AED 183 million. Musanada and Al Ain Municipality are implementing the project, in cooperation with the Department of Transport, the Integrated Transport Center and the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, and a number of other related parties. Carry out the development of the road linking the two intersections, the work of cosmetic implants, walkways and bicycle paths.
The two sides stressed their keenness in implementing the project to achieve the best standards of traffic safety, and to take into account the conditions of environmental sustainability, and to achieve a safe traffic flow, to ensure the strengthening of infrastructure components and meet the aspirations of the community towards finding safe roads with global safety standards.
