A festival to start: the XV of France began its preparation for the World Cup in Japan (20 September-2 November) by a large victory against Scotland (32-3), Saturday in Nice.

The Blues, whose coaching has been strengthened since the Six Nations Tournament by Fabien Galthié, scored five tries, by Alivereti Raka (2), Maxime Médard (22 and 54), Grégory Alldritt (33) and Antoine Dupont (60 ). They will meet the Scots next Saturday in Edinburgh before concluding their preparations against Italy on August 30 at the Stade de France.
