Earlier it was reported that in seven districts of Primorsky Krai there is a municipal emergency mode due to flooding caused by heavy rains.
The region also announced a storm warning on August 16-17 in connection with the release of typhoon Krosa into the north-eastern part of the Sea of Japan.
