The findings leave no doubt: Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide by hanging, according to the New York City Medical Examiner, who performed the autopsy. He had many fractures in his neck.

Results that should put an end to the conspiracy theories that followed the death of the American billionaire. Jeffrey Epstein, 66, was at the heart of a vast sex scandal. Accused of sexual trafficking, rape and multiple sexual assaults on minors ...

A well-known businessman and jet-setter, his entourage included politicians, businessmen and celebrities. His death in prison has given rise to a great deal of speculation, some favoring the theory of a commissioned murder, to bury the affair.

But if the autopsy raises doubts about his death, many questions remain about how this may have happened, in one of the most watched prisons. The first elements of the investigation have already shown many breaches of the protocol in the Manhattan federal prison where Jeffrey Epstein was waiting for his trial.

A few days ago, the director of the institution was transferred, the two guards responsible for monitoring Jeffrey Epstein were suspended . The Minister of Justice spoke of serious irregularities and promised a thorough investigation.
