In addition, the parties reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening friendly relations between the armies of the two countries.
In July, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov held talks with South African Foreign Minister Naledi Pandor. They discussed bilateral interaction at international sites and in Africa.
