“The attacker turned out to be a 23-year-old resident of another state who has a certificate of temporary residence in Ukraine,” the report said.
According to police, on August 16 at around 10:00, unidentified persons attacked a deputy of the Ukrainian parliament and fled the scene by car.
It is clarified that the suspect was detained several hours later.
