According to the publication, experts believe that sophisticated sensors that can deal with stealth technologies, aiming accuracy, and strike range make the S-400 one of the most effective systems in the world.

So, the S-400 is capable of destroying targets at a distance of up to 400 km and at an altitude of up to 27 km above sea level.

In addition, according to Richard Connolly, a specialist at the University of Birmingham, this complex is even more attractive because of its low cost compared to peers.

“The S-400 is superior to any other similar system, even the American Patriot,” Kapil Kaka, the former deputy head of the Indian Air Force, quotes the Daily Express.

Earlier, the head of the Turkish Ministry of Defense, Hulusi Akar, said that the elements of the second battery of Russian anti-aircraft missile systems (SAM) S-400 will be delivered to Turkey in August-September. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan noted that Ankara’s choice of Russian anti-aircraft missile systems (SAM) S-400 pursues purely commercial interests.
