- He acknowledges the facts. But he has not yet taken a position on criminal liability. His explanation is an important part of the ongoing investigation, says Pål-Fredrik Hjort Kraby of the Norwegian police.
The lawyer does not want to give any further explanation as to why the 21-year-old has now chosen to talk.
- My impression is that he totally voluntarily chose to do this. He wants to give an explanation and felt that he was ready for it now, says his lawyer Unni Fries according to NRK.
