In Kochi City, where a typhoon was approaching, a signboard of a store along the national highway was found falling early in the morning on the 15th. According to the police, there are no injuries.

According to the police, at around 5am on the 15th, a person who passed by reported that a signboard of the store had dropped in the parking lot of the store along Route 32 in Kosu City, Takasu Shinmachi.

The signboard is about 5 meters long and 3 meters wide, and it seems that it has fallen from a height of about 10 meters.

In Kochi City, the wind was strengthened by the typhoon, and the maximum instantaneous wind speed of 23.7 meters was observed just after 5 am on the 15th.

A 75-year-old woman who lived nearby said, “I was surprised that a sign that looks so strong would fall. I feel the power of a typhoon.”
