15 August 2019Nora Anne Quoirin, the 15-year-old disabled British woman who died in a jungle in Malaysia died of a bowel crisis caused by hunger and stress. This was announced by the local police, after an autopsy on the young victim, found several days after his death. But there is no evidence that she was abducted or raped, they added. The death would have occurred two or three days after his discovery.

The hope of finding her alive again was broken after days. Days when police and volunteers had looked for it palm to palm in the midst of lush vegetation. The body of the 15 year old was found last Tuesday, without clothes, near a stream about 2 kilometers from the resort where she used to stay with her parents, from which she disappeared 9 days earlier.

It was identified a few hours after the discovery, thus ending a desperate search lasting nights and days, with a massive deployment of vehicles and men. A search that was launched after the girl disappeared on August 4 from the Dusun resort where she was on vacation with her parents. With a collective mobilization, on the wave of emotion and hope kept alive until the end in the hope of finding it safe and sound.

It was immediately given the alarm of the disappearance also because Nora was born suffering from a cerebral malformation that involves a series of physical disabilities among which the difficulty to walk. And immediately, the suspicion had emerged that the young woman might have been kidnapped. Carpet research for almost 10 days: the mother's voice recordings were also used to try to attract the girl, while about twenty people were interrogated while the investigators carried out tests and analysis of the fingerprints found in the cottage where the 15-year-old was staying. Now we must answer another question because Nora has moved away on her own and how could she have remained alone after so many days until she died of hunger without clothes?
