“Police are trying to contact the shooter and convince him to surrender in order to avoid injuring other people,” the statement said.
Earlier in the north of Philadelphia, a shooting incident occurred. Police and special forces arrived at the scene. One suspect is detained, another remains in the building.
It was noted that police officers conducted an operation to detain drug dealers in the building. During the shootout, at least six policemen were injured.
