On the third Thursday in August, for anyone who loves acid streaming, this is something special, because it is this day that is the start of this year's acid streaming premiere.

A fragrant tradition that either hates or loves, according to acid streaming fan Michael Prising.

- For me it is pleasure, it is a bit like a ritual. It is about the very thing with the whole thing, you long for acid streaming. It gets watered in my mouth when I think of acid streaming and it is rarely that I get a physical reaction that I get nothing except when I think of acid streaming, says Michael Prising.

"No good food"

Michael Prising has appeared with both almond potatoes, thin bread, butter, red onion and sour cream at the park below Sant Erik's fountain. He has opened one of three acid streaming jars, and it smells, or smells depending on what you think, acid streaming long way.

Clearing a sour floss fillet is a bit of a bite.

- It is absolutely no good food and it is a little playful. But it is like many traditional dishes such as with crayfish and shrimp. It should be peeled and it should be fixed.

Available in several variants

The acidic floss itself is available in several variants and according to Michael Prising there are no right or wrong.

- When we have had our festivals we have received requests for syrup, lingonberry, sour cream, yogurt and apple juice.

Who eats sour flock?

- You might think it's just older, but there's a new renaissance. More and more of the younger generation find it a bit of fun with traditional food.
