The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has introduced a new service that enables employers to remotely calculate the entitlements of auxiliary labor when they leave their jobs, either for the expiry of their periods of service, or for any reason for leaving their jobs. The new calculator included two sections: the first contains detailed information about the date of the contract of employment, the date of expiry, in addition to the value of the contracted salary of the worker (comprehensive and basic).

The employer (the applicant) or the worker who wants to calculate his entitlements, must state the reasons for leaving the work, which were divided into six reasons, most notably the expiry of the contract period, and the worker left his work without excuse or reason.

Once the basic data of the contract concluded between the employer and the employee are met, the entitlements are calculated by year, month and days, in addition to the value of the end of service gratuity and the value of the compensation for the termination of the contract, if any.

The result is detailed, as detailed amounts are divided into salary for a certain period, such as the amount of annual leave allowance, the amount of weekly rest allowance, the amount of compensation for work injury, in addition to the total final benefits for the worker.

Tadbir Packages

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, through the Tadbir service centers, provides a number of packages for assisted labor, including the traditional package, the service of recruiting an assistant worker from outside the country, which is registered on the employer's file and resides during the contract period.

The experimental package, a service of providing a registered assistant worker, is also provided at a labor management center for a certain contractual period, in which the worker is allowed to move as a resident worker with the employer if the parties concerned agree.

Tadbir centers provide the flexible package, which is a service to provide a registered assistant on Tadbir service center to work on a flexible system according to the employer's requirements (hours, days, week, monthly, yearly), as well as the temporary package through which a worker is provided.
