The Ministry of Health announced Wednesday to have identified 195 emergency services on strike, a number close to 220 claimed by the Inter-Emergency collective behind the social movement, for which "Agnès Buzyn will announce from the start new measures ".

The count of the ministry is based on "reports made weekly by the regional health agencies," said the Directorate-General for Care Supply (DGOS) in a message to AFP.

The ministry observes that "mobilization is very diverse and declining in some places", especially in the Paris hospitals (AP-HP), where the rate of strikers "is now around 10% to 15%" against "30% at the beginning of the summer".

Local negotiations have also resulted in "strike exit protocols" in 28 institutions, including 7 at the AP-HP, but also in Caen, Rodez or Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Nevertheless "some services remain on strike by solidarity even though the situations have been settled locally".

The DGOS ensures that the first announcements of Ms. Buzyn mid-June "resulted in the facts", whether it is the monthly premium of 100 euros net from July 1 for non-medical personnel, or 15 million to strengthen the workforce during the summer.

"The funds mobilized by the regional agencies go even beyond this (envelope), some having drawn from their own funds, such as the Grand-Est and the Pays-de-la-Loire which doubled the stake.

In addition, the Minister "will announce at the beginning of the new school year measures from the first recommendations" of the deputy (LREM) Thomas Mesnier and Pr Pierre Carli, leader of the Samu de Paris, to whom she commissioned a "report on the structures of emergency "by the end of November.
