The county administrative board has already flagged for it to be prohibited to stay in the area around Nimis, something that SVT News Helsingborg reported last year.

Now the proposal has been taken up again, something that P4 Malmöhus was the first to report on.

According to Cecilia Backe, Head of Unit at the County Administrative Board, the proposal applies to a ban on going down to Nimis.

- At present, we cannot maintain safety on the way down to the artwork, says Cecilia Backe.

"But we don't have the right to ban people from climbing on Nimis," she continues.

Who should monitor compliance with the ban?

- We have many managers who keep track of, Kullaberg is a sensitive area with a lot of visitors who require great supervision, she says.
