The fraud should have happened in early 2018. The accused woman must have advertised wedding dresses on the sales site Blocket and on her own website which she has then linked to in various Facebook groups.

Three prospective brides nipped the ad and traded dresses and paid without having anything delivered. One of the women paid almost SEK 10,000 for the bridal dress that never came.

The accused woman confesses to crime. As evidence, the prosecutor has, among other things, bank statements and chat conversations between buyers and sellers.

In addition to the wedding dress fraud, the woman is also charged with tricking two people into paying for a service where she would deliver a professionally written resume and personal letter. Something that, according to the prosecution, should also not have been delivered to the buyers.
