Moscow City Court obliges Mitrokhin to register as candidate for MHD

It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the court. As noted, the court ordered the commission to register the candidate.

Earlier, the Moscow City Election Commission upheld Mitrokhin’s complaint about the decision of the commission in the 43rd constituency to refuse to register him as a candidate for election of deputies of the Moscow City Duma.
