“I created a new Ministry of Tourism and Foreign Trade and appointed Felix Ramon Plasencia Gonzalez, who will be responsible for boosting tourism development and international investment in Venezuela,” said the Venezuelan leader.
He also made new appointments in ministries dealing with education, gender equality, industry, ecology and agriculture.
Earlier, Maduro called for a substantial increase in oil production in Venezuela.
