In less than two weeks, two accidents have occurred on Axel's funeral. The first was at Kivik's market, where an inflatable slide collapsed on July 16. And during Thursday night, a 10-year-old boy was injured when he went to the ghost attraction Dracula's Castle, which Aftonbladet first reported on.

Part of the ride goes in the dark and to scare the visitors, plastic ribbons are dropped down in front of the face. Two of the plastic straps had stuck to each other, causing the boy to get them around his neck and get stuck without understanding what was happening. Finally, the tapes released.

The parents cut

- He coughed and woke up only when he came out of the carousel. Then we saw that he was panicked. We have been to the doctor, he got some kind of oxygen deficiency. He has a memory gap around what happened but feels okay in the circumstances, says Philip, who is the father of the boy.

How did the thoughts go right after it happened?

- Every now and then you act impulsively. All focus is on getting the son calm. But it is clear that you are hardened, you think about how things could have gone if the tapes had not released, he says.

Extra inspections ordered

The owner and security manager Tony Andréasson tells SVT that something like this should not happen.

- There are no plastic bands left, I have removed them myself.

Now two additional inspections of tivolite are ordered. One before the Hx festival in Helsingborg this coming weekend and one before the Malmö festival in August.

- It is not a requirement, it is entirely on our own initiative to make both us and the visitors feel safe, says Tony Andréasson.
