“The court noted the ineffective organization of the preliminary investigation (a criminal case was opened on May 16, 2018, while a linguistic forensic examination, the results of which have not yet been received, was appointed only on January 28, 2019,” TASS quoted the Moscow City Court press service as saying.

On August 7, Pirumov was released on parole in the so-called case of restorers, but remained in custody as part of another criminal case.

On August 12, the Moscow City Court transferred Pirumov to house arrest.
