This was reported to RIA Novosti by the director of the Center of competencies in the field of online education and digital corporate training EDCrunch University of NUST MISiS Nurlan Kiyasov.

According to him, such a system will evaluate student performance, their activity in lectures, participation in public life and behavior.

On the basis of these data, universities will decide on the encouragement, closer monitoring, additional training or expulsion of students.

It is expected that artificial intelligence will eliminate bias from university professors.

System testing at some universities will begin this year and by 2021 the service will be used at a number of universities.

However, the recommendations of this system will not be binding and the final decision will in any case be made by the dean.

Earlier in Russia, they proposed expanding university performance indicators.
