Shortly after midnight, police were alerted to Järfälla in northwest Stockholm. A woman in her 40s must have been raped outdoors there.
- The woman is taken to hospital and we have started a preliminary investigation into rape. I do not want to comment on the woman's injury situation, says Andreas Dahlin, the police officer in charge.
Several police patrols were called to the scene and a large area was blocked off.
-We have had a greater number of patrols, technicians and dogs on site, says Andreas Dahlin.

The night before Saturday, a woman must have been raped in a bush on Södermalm. Does this suspected rape have anything to do with that incident?
