It is indicated that the new chairman of the Krasnodar Regional Court, Aleksey Shipilov, issued an order to reform the composition of judges by specialization.
The order states that one of the composition of the judges will be engaged in scientific advisory work, as well as generalization of practice in civil cases.
According to the publication, this composition will be headed by Khakhaleva.
