In Sarov, mourning for employees of the nuclear center
The head of the administration of Sarov, Nizhny Novgorod region, Alexey Golubev, ordered to declare citywide mourning due to the death of five employees of the Russian Federal Nuclear Center - the All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Physics.
According to RIA Novosti with reference to the representative of the administration of Sarov, Golubev signed a corresponding decree.
“In connection with the death of five employees of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise RFNC-VNIIEF during the fulfillment of a task of national importance ... declare citywide mourning from August 13 to August 12,” the document says.
In connection with the mourning in the city, it is recommended to lower the state flags, cancel the display of entertainment programs on television and events.
At the same time, the administration did not provide details of the deaths of employees, advising them to turn to Rosatom State Corporation for comments.
Earlier, Rosatom announced the death of five employees as a result of an emergency at a military training ground in the Arkhangelsk region.
