A 15-year-old boy from Milan, who at this time is on vacation in Francavilla al Mare (Chieti) with his family, died in the evening at the Chieti polyclinic where he was hospitalized after collapsing while playing soccer in a private facility in Francavilla al Mare. The boy, according to what the carabinieri reconstructed, who heard some witnesses, suddenly collapsed. When the alarm was triggered, the first and most immediate relief was provided by a doctor and a veterinarian who were having dinner in a pizzeria near the sports facility. The boy's condition immediately appeared very serious: the two health workers, pending the arrival of the ambulance of 118, practiced cardiac massage. On the spot, therefore, the relief team who practiced cardiac massage arrived, the boy was taken to the hospital in Chieti where the doctors did everything possible, but there was nothing to do.
